The launch marked a complete transformation of the legacy product, introducing user-centric UI/UX design and superior content delivery for an improved customer experience.

Transform an outdated desktop application with a comprehensive UI/UX overhaul, incorporating a cohesive and modern interface, enriched with smarter recommendation algorithms and enhanced content delivery methods.

Support the global usability of the product by developing and executing a roadmap for localization that emphasizes internationalization coding and creating scalable solutions for cultural sensitivity and language variations.

📅 Virtual Expert Meetings

Due to the global pandemic, in-person meetings were no longer possible. As an immediate pivot, the product required a robust API integration to deliver meetings virtually with a third-party vendor. The project’s primary focus was on performance and stability, requiring the execution of thousands of one-to-one and one-to-many meetings based on logic match against key topics and relevancy.
